We have worked tirelessly to pay and push through the GAT II training, renovating the building and having all of the materials we need to deliver at the right orders of magnitude. Now we need your help with securing the building! 

The building is appraised at $875,000,00. It is on Joseph Howe Drive, a high traffic area that is rapidly developing, which makes for a prime location. The building is 3,828 square feet, boasting 3 auditing rooms, an admin space, Div 6, spacious theory and practical course rooms, a café, a double locked vault for the PC folders, 3 bathrooms, and a large Purif area. The Mission underwent a $300,000 renovation which required extensive permits, planning and confront!

The purchase of the building will be put in the name of the Church of Scientology Mission of Halifax. It has a Board of Trustees to ensure the Mission premises stay where they are and not left to one person wholly responsible for making any decisions in regard to the building.

In the 1983/84 mission Birthday Game LRH states: “Missions are the spearhead into society and without them we would fail.”   So one thing we did to ensure we did not fail at keeping the Tech standard in Halifax for the past 30 years the staff have come to Flag because we are so remote we had to have the best possible training. A mission is treated like public at Flag and we have to pay for everything. So it has taken massive perseverance to make it all go right!

Starting with GAT II tech training in 2013, to obtaining our current building in 2017 and then the full overhaul renovations in 2019, keeping the mission open through Covid the staff and public worked as an incredible team to get to where we are today.
